FS Xmas Party 12.22.07. we all met at caribou in mnpls at 1p. not knowing what was to come......shawn and shel presented us a case with mula to go spend at MOA in 3 1/2 hours.... it was awesome. crazy day filled with laughter, excitement, and blessings.i bought a camera...boots...jeans. it was a blast. i will have to post pix after i get them from fagans. then we hit up "spill the wine" restaurant in mnpls. i had tortelucci...amazing....and cheesecake/french press. it was a good day. thanks guys!

Katherine's Open House at Fagan Studios

we put together a open house filled with dessert/coffee/tea in honor of Katherine. she shared about her travels, missions, and upcoming plans. it was awesome. the studio worked out perfect for the event. the 1st pix is showing her info table....jules and i...jesse and i....and kath and i.

The Gate Annual Talent Show

Every year, for the past 5, we have put on a talent show at youth group....potluck....video comp....and a party to end the year!! this year rocked! Cara, my sis, one for the "best actor" award....playing Marge. the ADHD crew danced to a song from youtube, it was hilarious. they ended it with some breakdancing by two of the guys. Til next year!!

ST LOUIS

3 weeks ago we had the privledge to going to St. Louis for our 2nd YS (youth Specialities) conf. this year we went with our good friends...Eric and Danielle Timm and Jesse. it was a blast. lots of seriousness. and laughter. a and i went to cincinnati last yr/ and loved the experience. i learned a lot and it was a good time to re-focus. dream for the G8, and be challenged. some highlights of the trip......

the pix are from our time at waffle house. this was a restaurant right by our hotel....we went 2 nights in a row, for our midnight waffle for $2! the staff was great. we felt like we were in a time warp...browns and yellow..music from reo speedwagon playing....lots to look at. all of leaving the WH, saying bye to the staff by first name, realizing that we were reminded of what it is to live outside the box. to live what we were being taught about. challenged to go to the un-comfortable.

a lot of things stood out to us as far as being challenged...messages on envy. family life....and media/creative arts. it was a good time.....
